Positive: This was a last minute booking, so it was an amazing find. The place was immaculately kept, it was quiet with great views across an olive grove to the bay. There were numerous walks and we were close to both the town and pleasant beach. We have been to Skiathos on numerous occasions and we would definitely return here. The hosts were fabulous people.

Positive: The villa is on a hill, but it's easy to walk to, even if you have bad knees. The small hike up is worth it - there's a great view from the balcony over the Magali Ammos beach (can see the sunrise). Plus you don't hear the traffic. The room is big, beds are super comfy, hot water anytime, very clean rooms, nice smelling towels...it has it all. Best decision ever to stay here. 3 supermarkets down the hill, on the main road (aprox 5 min walk), bus station (no 5) that takes you to all beaches (6 min walk), city center / port walking distance (20 min walk). The area is safe, can walk day & night, no fear. Really nice & friendly hosts. Would come again. Thank you!

Positive: We loved everything - for the property cathegory I don't think you can find a better one on the island. Cleaning is top notch, sheets are changed every two days and the whole property is spotless clean. The family thart runs the business works hard to keep everything in perfect condition, they are so nice, discreet and they all speak great English - we loved chatting with them! Although we booked one of the unrenovated rooms, we couldn't find it any fault - the kitchen is perfectly equipped, you have iron, safe, hair dryer, Wifi and great working aircon. The location is just 10 mins from a beautiful beach, and 20 mins walk to the Old Port, two supermarkets are closeby. It set at the base of the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the evening it cools naturally and gets very quiet. The sea view towards the city of Skiathos is glorious. We would definitely return!

Positive: The location is perfect - surrounded by a lot of vegetation, nice gardens, many flowers, bird songs. A dedicated parking spot in the yard of the property. Walking distance to shops, beach, tavernas and the city center. It was very clean and peaceful and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio had everything that you need. The room is bigger than most of the rooms and the bathroom is also very spacious with good water pressure and hot water. Overall very good value for the money and you sleep like a baby there.

Negative: The toilet is a bit old and gets blocked even if you don't throw toilet paper and follow the rules. Windows need mosquito nets so you can open them during the night if you you're not a fan of air conditioners. A bit of lack of privacy at the balcony as you can directly see your neighbors at next terrace.

Positive: We absolutely loved Olive Grove View!! The room was superb, with spectacular views from the balcony down to the pretty bay of Megali Ammos. The property is set amongst olive groves and has beautifully kept gardens. The lovely lady, Froso, who owns the property is a fantastic host. She was so friendly and welcoming, always available if anything was required. We really can’t express our appreciation to her enough. Froso works incredibly hard at maintaining the rooms to a fabulous standard. Our room was cleaned every other day, with fresh towels and bedding. We also had a great little kitchenette, with cooking pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine - really useful when you want breakfasts on the veranda, admiring the views. We also had a hairdryer in the room, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space to store belongings and a lockable safe in the wardrobe to secure passport and money. We really felt that Froso had put a lot of thought into the comfort of visitors. I also have to make mention to the 2 lovely resident cats, Thelma and Louise, who could be spotted wandering the gardens and snoozing the hot afternoons away on a shady bench. We felt that whichever room you had, you would be more than happy with the views and the overall comfort. At night, Olive Grove View looks very pretty with soft lighting and is quiet, away from the noise of Skiathos town. The walk into town is only 15 minutes easy walk, so the location is absolutely perfect. The nearest bus stop, number 5, is located just 5 minutes walk away. Don’t hesitate to stay at Olive Grove because you won’t be disappointed!! It is truly the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in Greece, and the welcome from Froso is the cherry on the cake.

Positive: Special apartment in a location 5 minutes' walk from Megali Ammos beach and 1-1.2 km from Papadiamanti Street and the Old Port from where cruises can be made. Beautifully structured 2-bedroom apartment, very large terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea, special attention to cleaning - towels and bed linen were changed every 2 days - congratulations to the cleaning lady. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, stove and electric oven. Functional AC is good. Large bathroom in comparison with other accommodation structures in Greece. The inner courtyard is large and well arranged. Parking space in the inner courtyard. The owner - Mrs. Froso - a special person - helped us with very good advice about Taverns for serving meals, places to visit, car for rent, taxi on departure. I highly recommend the location-excellent price-quality. We will return with great pleasure! Congratulations! Marius and the family-RO.
