Positive: Lovely clean & cosy flat. Central location with free parking. Comfy bed & sofas. Good heating & WiFi. Immaculate & well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with big shower & good water pressure. Huge information folder with plenty of instructions for appliances, etc. Excellent communication about directions & access to flat. Couldn’t fault this place!

Positive: I booked this flat in Old Town as they allow an 11am check-in and a 3pm check-out. IIiyana, the most gracious host, let me check in even earlier and check-out later as well to accommodate my train travel times. She provided clear, detailed instructions on everything. The flat was pristine, looked newly remodeled with a charming Outlander theme. I'd forgotten my adapter plug, but there was one in the flat. Instant oatmeal and biscuits were thoughtfully provided. Loved the tea cups as l only like my tea in a bone china cup. The location was ideal, a short walk from Waverley Station and one street away from shopping on the High Street. It was a 15 minute walk to where l caught my Timberbush Tour to Loch Ness, Glencoe, & the Highlands. So l never had to use Uber. Iliyana responded to my texts immediately. I felt safe and at home here and will definitely book this place again, if l am lucky enough to return to Edinburgh!

Positive: What a lovely apartment. Close to railway station, Royal mile and Princes Street. The hosts were very helpful and even recommended places to eat during our 2 night stay. Couldn't do enough for you. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy and full of little quirks (like biscuits, porridge). Spacious bedroom and a comfy couch. Lovely towels and bedding. They really thought of everything to make our stay very pleasant. The car park under the building was very secure and a bonus being included in the price of the stay. Saved £25 per day on parking! We will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends.
