Positive: Great communication, very central and high standard of furniture etc

Negative: There is only one bathroom for 3 doubles and the hot water lasts for three showers - we were made aware of this just before, but everything else was perfect

Positive: In the heart of Old Town right in the center of the Fringe - we watched performers outside of our windows throughout the day that was perfect for the family. Exceptionally clean and kitchen had everything including a washing machine. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable beds and bedding. Great correspondence with host for arrival.

Negative: Everything was perfect, may have been nice to have another toilet, but it worked fine with a family of 6.

Positive: Just back home and wish I was back there. Martin was brilliant and such a welcoming, helpful host ,there is everything there you could need .A real home from home . We went for my daughters wedding 20 of us age from 3 to 50+ and 2 dogs . A great time was had by all . The views even on a bad day were fabulous .

Positive: Excellent location near the station and literally in the center of the main tourist area. Professionally maintained and very clean.

Negative: The central location means that it could be quite noisy during the Fringe Festival, even late at night. The flat is located up a hill from the station and up some stairs from the property entrance. People just need to note this and prepare accordingly. Only one bathroom.

Summary: Very well located property which was very clean and had modern amenities.

Positive: We chose this for it's location, and it didn't disappoint. Right bang in the middle of the Royal Mile, looking out over the Cathedral it was perfect for our Fringe visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy. Bathroom was lovely and modern, well stocked with toiletries. We were 3 couples, and we were given a set of keys per couple which was really handy so we could split up if needed and come and go at different times if needed.

Negative: It wasn't an issue for us as we were out most of the time, but the WiFi was poor - couldn't connect as I think the password may have been changed, and the TV signal was weak- hence not being able to access much on the telly. We know that if we asked for help, as the owner was very helpful and approachable and we would have got it, but we were fine without it and had our phone network connection anyway.
