Positive: I liked the view from the bedroom. We spent there 2 nights. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The breakfast was terrible — very oily and not healthy at all. The lady at the hotel did not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate. On the second night, the heating system didn’t work, and they forgot to inform us about it. The toilet was combined with the shower, like on cruise ships, so everything got wet. If you needed to use the toilet after showering, it was all wet.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good hotel room and bed, although the bathroom was too small (with the toilet placed in the shower to save space). Breakfast is ok, but no choice (they prepare the breakfast plate for you).

Negative: We hiked from Theth to Valbona, and realized upon arrival at the end of the official hike that it's still 3,5km extra to get to the hotel (and there are no taxis ready to drive you there). If you do the hike in the other direction you can probably get a transfer to the start of the hike, but in our case that was not an available option. Second point to note is that the bathroom was very small, with the toilet placed inside the shower to save space. This was not very convenient.
