Summary: The house and property were lovely! Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could need. We have stayed at a few houses in the OBX and this was our first time staying in Duck. The house was in the perfect location. The view of the sound was amazing and the beach was a short walk/drive away. We brought our golf cart which helped transport people to and from the beach.The property mgmt company was so responsive in all communications. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: What a gorgeous property!! The house was unbelievable. 6 huge master bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. The kitchen was WELL stocked, everything we needed to cook and serve a huge group. 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 trash cans … so cool! The elevator was a great addition to the house and made traveling between the 3 floors easy for everyone. And the kids loved it too :) The outdoor area was relaxing, super clean pool and hot tub. All this just steps from the beach but close driving to in-town amenities. And absolute must stay house in OBX!

Summary: Our group was filled with a bunch of first time OBX vacationers. It is safe to say we chose the right place to stay! We absolutely loved the location, a couple minute walk and your in the ocean! The house was perfect for our size group (3 families with children). We had a couple minor issues during our stay but the property management team was able to address in a timely manner. We would certainly stay at this location again!

Summary: House was very, very nice and we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and organized and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic with beach access literally 1 house up with a Trex deck to walk to the beach. Great views from the top deck. Great location close to shops etc. and a great bike path. We had to call the property management company one time and they sent someone out to resolve the issue within 15 minutes which we were all extremely impressed by. Would 100% stay here again!

Summary: Overall, great property to stay during out of season. Plenty of room and parking. Easy walk to Town of Duck. Can see sound side from house and can walk to beach 300 yards down street. Minimal supplies so bring extra things like salt and pepper, toilet paper, hand soaps. This property is managed by a local company. So if you book through VRBO, you’ll pay an extra booking fee like I did. Dumb mistake. May want to go straight to property management site directly. I paid more in fees than rental for 4 days.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this home. The top floor is roomy and partly renovated. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of tools. The coffee pots are flat bottom filters, fyi. The downstairs bedrooms which is four bedrooms are a bit dated but the floors are new. All toilets are a bit tilted and old. One bathroom didn't have a sink plug so things can easily fall down. The towel hanger is broken. The mattresses could use a replacement as they are old. The furniture outside is very nice especially on the top deck for a nice view of the ocean and enjoying a cocktail. The hot tub cover is in shambles and leaves styrofoam in the hot tub and particles of the vinyl. Be careful when removing. Everything else felt clean and comfortable! We had 8 adults and two kids and slept comfortably!

Summary: This was a little off season escape for me after a tough month at work. It was a great house. Easy walk to the beach. Near everything. Could use a little maintenance: old hot tub cover, master bath faucet leaking but otherwise was a great stay. I go again.

Summary: The home was very nice and kitchen was fully equipped as stated. Fairly clean. Everything was very nice but there was a couple of things need addressed. The electrical outlet in master bathroom does NOT work. Therefor drying hair and using curling iron or flat iron had to be done elsewhere and there are not mirrors around those outlets. Tough for a woman. Also a kitchen outlet didn't work. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced immediately. It's very intimidating and difficult to remove and there are styrofoam coming out everywhere and into the water and on our bodies and swimsuits. The bed skirt in master room was ripped all around. These repairs or replacements are not expensive and need to be done.
