Summary: Place is huge, lots of room and places to sleep, relax , and or hide. Great location. Big place , a bit dirty here and there but overall a great place for a family vacation

Summary: This was a roomy comfortable home that we all enjoyed. It is in need of some TLC. While we were there, one of the AC did not work at all so a few rooms were unusable. The pool was nice but the pool area needs some landscaping and upkeep. There were 2 grills that did not work. Have to say Brindley Beach rentals was in it! They brought a new grill to the house. Very responsive to what needed to be fixed! A total pleasure to deal with! Our family enjoyed our stay and will likely book again! Close to Duck downtown and businesses, easy to get to, very laid back! The house is well stocked, plenty of refrigerators, kitchen supplies, comfy bedrooms, and easy checkin process. I would recommend that some focus be made on the pool area to add updated outdoor furniture. All in all, we really enjoyed it. Thanks for letting us stay!
