Summary: The house was big enough for our family of 18 to stay. We had plenty to do at the house and the shops in Duck were great. The quick walk to the beach and the pool were an added bonus. Our family didn’t want to leave. There was an issue with the dishwasher not working half way through the week but they had someone come out to the house the same day to check it out and they had good communication

Summary: Our stay was wonderful, the couple issue we had with property was taking care of very quickly by the property manager that was very quick with communication. The only thing I would recommend I'd the owners of the house invest in fixing the handrails on decks. They were very loose and worn. Some places not even connected to one another. The maintenance guy repair to the best of his ability for a temporary fix. But with small children in house it is very unsafe. I really hope owners take the safety of there guest in consideration with the decision to make the repairs, as it is a very lovely home and I would hate for bad to happen to anyone causing harm.
