The property also counts with a large dock, perfect to sunbathe, swim and snorkel under, and even fish from!
The hustle and bustle of San Pedro is only three-and-a-half miles away from home, making it quick and easy to pop downtown for some shopping and dining. Once you get home, you have plenty of perks to help you unwind - you can take in the ocean air from the nearby docks, or relax on the beach with your favorite book. Don't forget about the pool, which are shared only with any guests staying in the upper level of this two-section rental.
This home for six is actually the lower level of a larger home, View the Blue. The upper level of this home is also rentable and sleeps four guests comfortably, bringing the total capacity of the villa to 10 and we can add a couple of twin mattresses if needed to raise the occupancy to 12. If you're interested in the upper floor of the home, or in renting them both together, please check out the other listings or call Vacasa for assistance booking them.
Take one last look at the swaying palms and shining ocean waters before you head inside. Bright blues and whites, along with plenty of natural light from the windows, give you a relaxing atmosphere. Admire the artwork and decorations on the nearby bookshelves as you relax on the sofa and armchairs of the living room. The kitchen is nice and homey, with wood cabinets and countertops providing all the appliances and dishware you need for a delicious meal. Three bedrooms allow a maximum of six guests to stay at once. The first large bedroom has two twin-size beds and a private en suite bath. The first bedroom has a separate entrance. Summary: Had a great stay weather was great. Used the whole house for eight of us. Only negative comments I have is, there needs to be a light going down the stairs as we had to use out cell phone lights. Also, basic supplies could be stocked a little more ex TP, paper towel, garbage bags. All in all the place is nice and well kept. Carter the maintenance man was very nice and did a great job

Summary: We have said we wouldn’t do Belize any other way. The house was great and met every expectation! The water is beautiful and the beach area was clean . It’s a man made beach with a sea wall and the dock just beyond . The pool was wonderful too. Surprisingly not too hot. Carter came by the Check and treat the pool. He was a joy to chat with. The only recommendation that I have is for a mattress pad similar to the one on the room by the restrooms. The room by the kitchen has an extra firm mattress . This house is perfect for families and those traveling that would like everyone to have their own space. We will be back; hopefully, sooner than later.

Summary: This was a great house. It accommodated us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, a/c was there when we needed it. We loved waking up to sit on the veranda and watch the sunrise as it glistened on the water. We walked the pier to see the different sea life and even got a couple of conches that had washed up. The house is straight across from the Hol Chan reserve and tours come to the dock to pick you up. Great location. On a bad note, and not the blame of the house at all, the road outside of town has a lot to be desired. Since golf carts are the only form of transportation, it is so rough with potholes and divots, it seems like the longest 3 1/2 miles every!

Summary: We visited View the Blue for a milestone birthday event. The house was perfect for our group of nine. Plenty of room and a beautiful, beautiful view. We loved the family of iguanas under the stairs. The pool was clean and refreshing. Lupita took excellent care of us. She arranged cabs to and from the ferry and even came out to the house when we had trouble with the internet. We had a beautiful week with our family and dearest friends. View the Blue is a wonderful place and we highly recommend the house, Lupita and her staff.
