Summary: Absolutely beautiful home, very clean. Plenty of beach/pool towels and very comfy beds with nice linens. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. The view is amazing, with a pool and private little sand/beach area where I could just sit and read a book all day. Definitely recommend a golf cart as there is not a lot in walking distance. But if you’ve already seen San Pedro and just want to chill in a quiet area, this home is perfect for that, too.

Summary: Let me start by saying, the house was really nice. The only thing that I can negatively say is that a mini lizard or gecko got into the house before we got there and relieved itself a few times in the house. I caught the critter and disposed of it! Other than that, no complaints about the house or the manager Loudes, she was excellent!! Now, my biggest gripe is that the house is at the most southern end of the island which is mostly on an unpaved roadway!! The roadway is full of potholes for your entire 25 to 35 minute ride into town by golf cart if you choose to rent one for about $230 for an entire week, it can be more depending on the company used or $30 for a one way cab ride! Further, there was a tropical storm that came through the island for about three days, the rain was none stop, so you can imagine what this pothole roadway became. It became so flooded that it was impossible to navigate via the golf cart because in some areas the water created ponds in some areas at least 8 of them that I counted, not to mention the smaller ones. Two times during our journey back to the house we stalled out twice in two of the ponds and had to get out and push the cart through the water mind you it was during day light hours, this is for and island that is said to have CROCADILSE, after this we didn't drive the cart anymore until after the water reseeded. Yes, you read it correctly! We caught a cab the of days we chose to go in town. FYI, get a house closer to town!
