Located in a residential area 3.5 miles south of San Pedro, you are close enough to town yet can have quiet, peaceful evenings at home. This is a great spot for families & low key vacations with friends.

Wilson Point is located 3.5 miles/5.5 km south of San Pedro’s town core, which means you are far from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. There is Stax Sunset Lounge and Cafe just down the road; a mini-mart and a couple of restaurants just a mile away; and of course more dining & shopping options on the way to & in town!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular.
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

Summary: Wilson Point is hands down the best place on Ambergris Caye. We had an amazing experience from the minute I made the reservation. The house is immaculately clean, better than the pictures and a great location. It was great for our family of 5 and two friends to celebrate my birthday. The relaxing space, comfy beds, warm pool, great reading spots, and beautiful picture of dock make this a 5 star week! Here are the team highlights: 1) Barb - property manager - she is wonderful from the time you make a reservation. She is fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and super helpful. She made the process simple. 2) Juanita and Claudia - sweet and excellent massage therapists. 3) Manolo - cab driver extraordinaire. He was prompt, safe and a great guy. 4) Erial (Guevara Tours) - phenomenal snorkel tour, manatee finder, and tarpon feeder! 5) Alex - property keeper superior! He kept the pool, hot tub, deck, beach, carts in perfect condition. His puppy, Reef, kept us company while we chatted with Alex daily. 6) Elena - One of the most sweet ladies you will ever meet. She keeps the house immaculately clean. She also cooks meals if you would like. We had her cook 4 nights and, hands down, best food on the Caye. They have a created a group of wonderful people that makes this the best vacation in the best location you can ask for. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Summary: This was our first trip to Belize, and our family of 6 (ages 8 to 68) had the most amazing time! Alex & Elena (and Wilson & Reef) greeted us on arrival to help with our luggage and show us the ropes. The property was exactly as described, but the views cannot be put into words! We enjoyed coconuts freshly harvested & opened by Alex, an amazing dinner poolside prepared by Elena, and Alex was amazing at giving us all the scoop to help the fishers in our group catch some fish off the pier. Elena reset the house every day when we left for town and the accommodations were perfect! Can't say enough amazing things about Wilson Point. Thank you for making our first trip to Belize one we won't ever forget.

Summary: We had a wonderful time during our stay. Property was immaculate and had everything we could want. Caretakers Elena and Alex were very nice and extremely helpful, and Elena made us an excellent dinner one night. Theres a small store and multiple restaurants that are an easy golf cart ride away (golf carts are a must and know that the roads are pretty bumpy). We also had a great snorkeling excursion. Picked us up at our own dock and we even got to swim with a manatee. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Wilson's Point was the perfect place for our family vacation. Great amenities, and the caretakers were the best! We had a hard time leaving the house to enjoy everything that Belize has to offer. Can't wait to go back!

Summary: Went with 3 friends for my 50th birthday trip and wow this home did not disappoint. In fact it certainly even blows away the pictures. The home is exquisitely designed and decorated with 4 beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (a rarity). The home is basked with great light. The beautiful pool and manicured backyard on the turquoise Caribbean water makes you not want to leave this place to explore. The home is very well appointed for food prep and entertaining yourselves with a nice bar area, fire pit, ping pong, corn hole, indoor and outdoor dining areas and the kicker - a very decent gym for those of us who like to work out when we travel. But without a doubt the icing on the cake are Elena and Alex, the caretakers of the property who do just a meticulous job with the house cleaning, cooking (if desired), and property maintenance - the home is absolutely reset every morning to like when you showed up, inside and out. They really took care of us and the meals that she prepared were truly out of this world. Catch some fish or lobster and have her prepare it for you! Trust me. If you want to trek to Ambergris Caye I couldn't recommend this place more! We will definitely be back. A truly epic and relaxing week.

Summary: Truly amazing. We traveled to Belize to celebrate college and high school graduations for our children. The house, Barbara, Elena, Alex, and Manolo were all incredibly helpful and all played key roles in making our trip such a success. I’ve rented many houses through VRBO, but I’ve never had such a customized “concierge” treatment as we received at Wilson Point. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained and clean, but the people make it next level special.
