Summary: We liked the carpet free and cloth free seating. The washer and dryer very convenient and worked. There were ants in bathrooms and other rooms. The toilets ran constantly. The instructions on unlocking the door were inaccurate and we had to improvise. I replaced the batteries in the thermostat and wall clock.

Summary: Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. Only surprise was that the garage was small and our large SUV did not fit in it so we had to work through our host to park where we could find a parking space in the complex and pay an additional $15 a night for parking.

Summary: We were two couples traveling to the area for a wedding and it was very conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The only note I have is that I wish the front bedroom had more opaque curtains because the outside lights are very bright at night and I’m a lighter sleeper. Very enjoyable stay all together!

Summary: The property is beautiful, better than the pictures. Two nice sized bedrooms, king beds private baths in each. Owner was quick to respond and accommodating. Pool is beautiful, area is quiet and conveniently located. Garage for car at night. Owner had provided beach towels, chairs and cooler for use if need. Definitely recommend. Thank you
