Summary: We will certainly be staying here again if we return to California. Couldn't have been happier with the amenities and the location. The area is beautiful and this location is right in the heart. Had a bit of a mishap checking in as the address wasn't provided for checking... but once I was able to reach the owner it got resolved pretty quickly.

Summary: Property was great, Location was great still give it a 5 star, the bed was uncomfortable broke down a little, it would be nice if they would put a new King bed in its place its time.. Did not like the Couch was not the comfortable either, but my son sleep on it and said it to be fine. Would like if they had a Keurig coffee maker or something.. But all in all great place.

Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights during Ohana Festival, so we were not there very much. But the place is nicely kept, spacious enough for a couple and 2 kids. It has a modern, clean, open space feel. The office with the bed is not actually a room, I may have overlooked that detail but it was fine for us. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries including extra parking. I also, told him coffee maker was broken so hopefully it is now replaced. Cleaning person was still preparing condo about 25 minutes after our check-in time. Also, this is the only house that we have rented through vrbo that asks the renter to wash towels and bed sheets/cover before you leave. They ask you put away dishes, usually they just ask you turn on the dishwasher before leaving. Oh and lastly for those that are vacationing and like to sleep in, the weekends are fine here but Monday morning was loud with neighbors leaving for school/work. The bedroom window faces condo garages/driveway so you hear everything and everyone.

Summary: Good price, good location were the positive points. Negative is beds were terribly uncomfortable, as were pillows & shower head height is very low. I’m 6’1 & shower head came below my chest. Kitchen & bath both coulda been a little cleaner. Other than than, place was decent

Summary: We stayed for one week at John's condo...and really enjoyed it! It was clean, with lots of natural light, and plenty of room for us and our two daughters. It was close to the beaches and all the other places we wanted to see. We were a little disappointed that the oven wasn't working, but the toaster oven was a great alternative. We loved that all the items we needed for cooking meals were all in great shape. The washing machine and dryer worked great, too. Our kids figured out the Roku and watched a few movies. Working out at the gym was good and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the warm days, too. We definitely want to come back sometime. When we had to communicate with Jon (we thought we lost the pool key at one point), we used the messaging through VRBO app and Jon got right back to us quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jon!
