2 Bedroom House in Laguna Niguel

This home is a beautiful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, 1,800 sf on the rim of a coastal canyon. When you look up the canyon, you see the mountains. When you look straight ahead you see all the beautiful homes in the canyon below you. The lights at night are spectacular. The view spans more than 250°. It is very Zen and peaceful with beautiful flowers and fountains, an enchanting piazza for a open-air brunch or dinner.
Main guest bedroom with a very comfy Full size bed (memory foam mattress) and another bedroom (we use it as an office room) with a smaller Futon bed (inside a closet there is an extra memory foam topper mattress ready to be used should you desire to sleep in this room on a futon). These two bedrooms share a full bath.
Downstairs is a gourmet kitchen with gorgeous blue granite. As this is our 2nd home, it is fully equipped to cook and entertain. You are welcome to use what you need, and if the garden is producing, please pick ripe fruits and veggies!
There is also a large living room and dining room downstairs as well as a family/tv room off the kitchen. The half bath and the laundry room are also downstairs. 50" Smart TV in dining room, and the office/bedroom have flat screen TV. Internet is lighting fast with best technology available.
The location is very quiet and peaceful with good parking in a residential neighborhood. You are 15 minutes from Laguna Beach, 30 minutes from Newport Beach, 45 minutes to Disneyland, 45 minutes to Los Angeles, one hour to La Jolla, one hour and 15 minutes to San Diego.
This is an attached home so we kindly request no parties or events, and to be respectful of our neighbor. Neighborhood is lovely with great walks, parks, pickle ball and tennis courts and pool. Many wonderful biking trails abound, great golf courses nearby, and always a lovely ocean breeze. Yard is completely enclosed and your small dog is welcome!
Because this is a second home and not a short term rental, we have many lovely things like grand piano, art work, etc. that require us to vet our guests more thoroughly. We hope you will have some reviews or at least a way we can get to know you a little first via messaging. We also do not discount our asking price as there are many expenses in keeping this property beautiful and ensure the best quality stay for you!

Summary: Clean, clean, clean! I have been so disappointed in the vrbo’s I’ve rented in the past. Cleanliness is at the top of my list and this met all of our expectations. Beautiful setting, very quiet, all amenity needs were met. Would definitely return if the need comes around again.

Summary: The property was magnificent, my wife and I fell in love with it immediately when we got there! And we had to keep pinching ourselves to make sure we weren’t in Heaven! Waking up with the cool breeze and birds singing was my serenity!

Summary: Dirty dishes upon arrival and entry light fixture off with no bulbs. Several big black spots all over carpet. Someone drug a tree out of living room and left all the debris strewn across the entire room into the garage. Carpet going upstairs and upstairs dirty. Rub dirty. Sink dirty. Fountains didn’t work outside. No Ca mfurtsble okace to sit to watch RV. Table had backless bar stools that were loose so afraid to use. Had mushrooms growing in carpet in master behind walls of shower. Black mold in shower. Dining area smelled of mold as did the office. There was to be a massage chair but there was not. A gorgeous baby grand piano was awesome and I had forgotten how much I liked to play. TV was nice as was the one in master. Holes in ceiling in kitchen and unpainted wall in spare bedroom. Spare bedroom very tiny and had a very small double bed. The master bed was huge but mattress very lumpy. Very disappointing

Summary: This is a lovely home, with a fantastic yard and view, in a quiet neighborhood. A nice park, great trails and shopping are all close by. The only drawback is that the property was sold in October 2021 and the listing is no longer entirely accurate. If the listing still shows a dining room table and talks about a great massage chair, it is outdated. The dining room table has been replaced by a grand piano, the massage chair is gone and there is limited seating in the kitchen/family room. Perhaps not a problem in the summer with the outdoor table, but definitely limiting in the winter.

Summary: No toilet paper, paper towels, Master bath shower couldn't use because wall tiles etc falling off. For the money we paid could have been at a 5 star resort. Smelling of pee in one bedroom.

Summary: Debbie’s house is Laguna Niguel was absolutely wonderful for our family. It was the perfect location in Orange County in a quiet neighborhood, very short drive to several beaches, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house felt like home with very nice accommodations, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appropriated. The yard was exceptionally well kept with beautiful views as the house located on a ridge. Debbie was very responsive to every small issue that came up during our stay, kept us informed of utility work that interrupted power so that we could plan around it. Great place to stay and we would plan to return when we are back in Southern California.

Summary: Such a beautiful house located in a very nice neighborhood. The backyard is amazing, good size, and very secure for dogs. The owner was in constant communication making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable...she even decorated for the holidays which we truly appreciated! Highly recommend this property.
