Summary: We had a great stay in this place! It was close to where we had to go and to the beach. The place is nicely furnished and spotless upon arrival.

Summary: The owner was very quick with replys. Communication was awesome. The room was clean and we enjoyed having 2 baths. We didn’t get to use the facilities at the association but everything looked good. The area was quiet and well kept

Summary: Unfortunately, the host did not have the condo cleaned prior to our arrival. It was left filthy by the previous guests. The host requested us to leave the location for 3-4 hours so he could get his cleaners over to do their job. Being a Friday evening at 5pm, this was NOT an option for me. I needed to quickly find another place to stay for the weekend, hoping that would be possible. The host generously offered a full refund if that is what I needed to do. Once I informed him that I had booked another place to stay, he then said I would need to contact VRBO. VRBO told me I was too late for a cancellation and they could not give a full, but they did refund their service fee.

Summary: Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. Did not appreciate having to strip beds and start laundry of sheets and towels. That’s usually included in cleaning services. Also the late checkin of 4:00pm was inconvenient especially due to rush hour traffic in the area.
