At Milepost 8.25, the community is wonderfully convenient to all the incredible shopping, dining, activities and attractions that make the Outer Banks the ever-popular vacation destination it is. It includes an elevator which makes it super convenient for bringing items in and out! The community is just across the street from the famed Wright Memorial.

Summary: Great place to stay. A few minor issues…. Linens were in short supply. Only one per person, although a washer and dryer are provided. Just would have been nice to have an extra linen for each person so you don’t have to do the laundry so often. Also, only one roll of TP and one garbage bag provided. Not a huge deal, just would have been nice to know going in.

Summary: We came to visit with my daughter’s friend and his family. The rental was very clean and a perfect fit for our family. It had a small sitting room at the front which allowed my daughter and her friend their own space at times, which was great. I loved the balcony, although it was rather chilly during our visit. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Summary: Pat yourself on the back if you pick here to stay. Wonderful, spacious, clean and modern condo. Oh, did I mention quiet too! Great location to everything. Went north to Carolla and south to Hatteras. Only suggestion, and this is so minor...upgrade the paper products and towels you provide for a truly spa-acious resort stay. Tks!!!

Summary: This was our second time staying at this location. We love the area and community. Centrally located to dining and shops; as well as close to the beach. The condo is updated and presents itself well. We had such a positive experience the first go around, we had high expectations the second go around. However, we were slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo as the linens on the beds were very wrinkly and just thrown on the bed in a rush. Also, the surfaces throughout the condo were not very clean and had smudges. Considering this was during the pandemic we were expecting the condo cleanliness to be at a much higher standard. This is very unfortunate and will be something that could make us find an alternate place to stay next time.

Summary: Overall this condo was very good. Very clean and roomy. Convenient to stores and restaurants. TV took a while to figure out and pier code did not work. Other than that very good.
