Positive: We loved everything about this vacation. The house was clean, updated, so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of so many details to make this such a wonderful place to stay. From the very stocked kitchen, the basement full of games and activities, the comfortable bedrooms and all of the beach items, it had everything we needed. Tom, the owner, was easily accessible and made sure during our stay that all was well. The beach was close with free easy parking and there was a nice pool to cool off in after a day at the beach. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation house.
Negative: There was nothing about it that we did not like.
Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of the amenities!

Positive: By far the best place my family and I ever stayed. Literally was a home away from home, but even better. This rental did not miss a single detail, my family and I were so impressed with the attention to detail in the whole house, just amazing! I could just go on and on, my only wish was that our trip was longer. Also the in-house coffee bar was fabulous!

Positive: Bedrooms with own bathroom. Amenities peaking many interests. Fair cleaning fee!
Negative: Lots of stairs. Although ok for us now - we were all seniors but realize some might find the stairs a challenge. ( while I indicate this, it is also nice having separate floors to escape to!)

Positive: The kitchen was very nice and we loved the coffee bar which had many different flavored coffees! Each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom ! The hot tub was great! We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas with the fireplaces! The game room was very cool and stocked with everything you could possibly need! They even had Inner tubes to take to pool area for the lazy river! We loved every thing about this property and would definitely stay there again!!!
