Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this two-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath townhouse is the perfect vacation spot! When you enter the community, you will feel like you are at a resort. You may not even want to leave the community! However, if the beach is calling you, it's only 1 mile away. The pretty colored buildings give you a sense of welcoming and fun.
High Tide offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches on the Outer Banks! Guests can explore the area and nearby attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and easy day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.
You will find ample space in this well-decorated townhouse. Access the garage from the first level for parking or for simply storing your pool or beach gear. On this level, you will also find a comfortable den perfect for reading a good book. Venture out to the back patio and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Heading upstairs you will find the other socializing and hanging out areas - the living area, kitchen, and dining area. There is a deck to go out and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the peacefulness of the Outer Banks. Also on this level is a half bathroom for convenience. Upstairs on the third level is where you can find the sleeping arrangements - choose between a King En Suite and a Queen En Suite.
High Tide has everything you need for your next Outer Banks vacation. From the gas grill, hot tub area, and entertainment floor to the cozy open floor plan, there's enough space for just about everyone.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
High Tide is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the garage and one in the driveway. (Guests are permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.
Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not permitted in the Bermuda Bay community.
**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. It mached the online description exactly and was even nicer than expected. Very large with plenty of space, very clean and decorated beautifuly. My kids loved the hot tub, the arcade game in the playroom and the amazing water park at the community pool located close by. It was much farther from the beach than expected, about a 5-10 min drive and over 20+ min walk but overall conveniently located to everything you would need while on your trip. Would have been nice to get a map of the community when we arrived, as the pool was a little tricky to find but our host was quick to respond and we always felt we had easy communication with them if needed. We will definitely come vist again, and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kill Devil Hills!!
