Positive: Easy parking out front. Upon entry immediately noticed how clean and fresh it was. All facilities available. Ideal for a NON smoker like me . Big casual relaxing garden to enjoy a meal etc. TV in rooms so relax in a comfortable bed with a movie. Tried to book in again for tonight but FULLY booked. Not surprisingly due to the effort being made by the hosts to make your stay pleasant.

Negative: The only thing I was disappointed about was not being able to book a room for tonight but it's expected as I can assure you this property is one of the BEST I've stayed at. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I will definitely be booking it again as soon as its available as I'm a contractor working in the area so it's ideal for me.

Negative: We only stayed one night but prefer en suite bathrooms not shared bathrooms but its what was advertised

Negative: I liked the tidiness, and the comfortably of the place and the location i can't complain about. it was easy to locate and close to the shops too.
