Positive: Property was exceptionally clean. Owners were immediately available to help with even the smallest detail over Christmas day super appreciated. They couldn't have been more assistive. Sweet touches like a quality decorated tree in the lounge.

Negative: Wish there were more parking spaces but it wasn't something we couldn't work around.

Summary: Excellent value property.

Positive: The property was very clean, great location. Beds were comfortable and there were enough fresh towels for all of us.

Negative: I would say the only negative would be that there was tea and coffee but no milk. Also shower gel in the bathrooms would be useful. We didn’t drive to the house so one of us had to walk in the morning to get some milk and it was about 20 minute walk. That would be my only negative.

Summary: Comfortable stay and helpful hosts.

Positive: Comfortable beds and high standard of cleanliness.

Negative: - Parking set up was not obvious. - Lounge configuration was sparce and TV could not be viewed unless you sat in one corner of the sofa under the window.

Summary: A very comfortable and clean stay in a handy location for travelling from Norfolk to Cornwall.

Positive: Suitable for family of six persons has good garden with quite neighborhood and availability of all needs

Negative: 1.Unfortunately, the location given as well as the photos did not describe the location clearly we had to spend half an hour looking around walking and using the car to find similar house as in the picture unfortunately Google maps doesn’t recognize 28 I had to call the number that was available in in booking to help but no answer and they sent a message by WhatsApp unfortunately, the response was very solid and blocked me immediately there was no other option to communicate with the property 2.Second thing, the Internet was not working, so I had to spend another half an hour trying to fix it In summary, the staff communication was very poor and rude .
