Positive: The space was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The location was excellent, and it is a quiet neighborhood. The welcome gift was a nice touch that we really appreciated. Owner was available to answer questions and made sure we were satisfied with the rental. We would return.

Negative: It is a split level house with the owner downstairs (during summer). It looks like dogs (with the owner) occupy the upstairs during the off-season which could be a problem if someone is allergic. It wasn’t as private as I expected.

Summary: Beautiful home in an excellent location. Host was awesome.

Positive: Spacious. Updated kitchen and bathroom.

Negative: There were some issues with ants and flies in the kitchen. It wasn’t super clear that host lived on property. I wish the description explicitly included this information instead of one word in the middle of property description. Quiet hours were not respected as my child and I were woken up at 2:30AM because host and friend were talking outside our window.

Positive: The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for my family to relax in. My kids didn’t want to leave the bunkbed slide!!! The location was super quiet while being close to Newport. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for whatever you want. The host was wonderful with tips and anything we needed.
