Summary: Attended Family Wedding, VERY busy venue with many wedding parties the same weekend. Price inflated to exorbitant levels! Reasonable breakfast buffet in hotel restaurant. Lots of parking. Shuttle to downtown Newport.

Summary: Loved having 2 king beds and the view of the water it was beautiful. We were enjoying the fire pit outside when a woman came and turned it off without any prior warning. We asked her to leave it on because it was cold out and she said “we have complimentary blankets inside” I said that’s great, where? And she replied - in your room. Very rude and I wish I had gotten her name. The other staff was very friendly. Breakfast I ordered a berry yogurt parfait and it had no berries, only melon. Very disappointing for the price. Overall would stay again- hotel was very clean and the shuttle was so convenient especially on a busy weekend!

Summary: Everything was great, except the fact that there’s no locking bathroom door. Going away with my son and my daughter’s boyfriend it’s weird and awkward when you could see and hear everything in the bathroom If you wanna put a glass door on a room with one bed that’s fine but there are things like blended families. I get it. It’s the future you can’t do anything about it, but it was awkward and stupid. Also, they had no hot water for the last day that I was there the boiler broke. I get it but compensate me. We ate at the restaurant that night and it occurred to me that none of the chefs or food handlers could wash their hands with hot water because the boiler is broken Other than that, everybody who works, there was very nice and I would go there again and bring a lock for the glass bathroom door with me lol

Summary: It was a good place for our family with 2 teens. We had 2 beds and a very small couch. It did not pull out, but was fine for my daughter. My only real complaint about the property is a design flaw—the bathroom doors are frosted glass, so at night, anyone who turned on the light woke up everyone. Had I known, I’d have brought a nightlight. Other than that, no complaints. The bar area was nice, the restaurant was peanut free for all things made on the property, and it all felt clean. 8-10 minute drive to Newport & they have a shuttle if you don’t want to drive.
