Positive: The place was in a perfect location, it was qell equipped with everything you need. Nice coffee maker, bring your own coffee beans, or coffee. It was great. Beautiful backyard with a BBQ & firepit. My dog loved the yard too. I could go on about the amenities. Bryan, the host was great too. Very responsive. I highly recommend a stay in rhis beautiful spt/condo. Also not far from the beach, cliff walk & the mansions. Wineries are not far either. If you love seafood & don't mind cooking, anthonys fishmarket is up the road & reasonably priced.

Negative: I think you need a regular coffee pot people in n y uses the k cup and let everybody buy the k cups and the garbage was not dumped it was full in side and smelled other wise the place was cleaned the yard was a big plus we did not eat there only because we eat out on vacation the only other thing you should have a poster put up on how to connect to your computer and how to lock doors and the refrigerator doesn’t close easy I would have a note on it make sure door is closed overall 95% good maybe this will help

Positive: The property was located at the edge of Newport in Middletown, an area with its own array of first-class eateries, beautiful beaches and the very best homemade ice cream shop - Clementines! Our townhouse was comfortable, well-appointed and private. All bases were covered, from the kitchen stocked with specialty utensils and gadgets to the upscale shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We had direct access to a truly serene, beautiful, fenced in garden which included a handmade - live edge, shaded wooden table with benches, cushioned seating area and outdoor kitchen. Our host, Bryan was attentive and available to answer all calls/texts immediately. He was a terrific resource, providing us with loads of dining and activity recommendations. We were in town for the Jazz Festival and Bryan helped us brainstorm the easiest way to access. Additionally, the property was pet-friendly which we very much appreciated; our dog loved the outdoor space as much as we did!

Negative: No complaints whatsoever.

Summary: Wonderful stay - we’ll be back!!!
