Positive: Yet another great stay at The Pell as we visit family nearby. Everyone is fantastic and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. We’ve also had breakfast and dinner there. Consistent service and food. Look forward to our next stay.

Positive: Not too far from downtown Newport if you want to go see the sites. Staff are friendly and the facilities were fine.

Negative: The restaurant could have been better. My chicken sandwich was just chicken tenders (probably from the freezer), rather than a freshly made chicken sandwich. My wife's salmon looked like something I would whip up from Trader Joe's. Other restaurants in the area offer better value.

Negative: That I didn’t get credit for the rewards points since I booked thru a third party. U should clearly mention it on the booking confirmation or the website, I was told about it only while at checkout, which was quite unfair and disappointing

Positive: Great location 2 miles from downtown Newport. Clean and friendly, nice breakfast options at onsite restaurant.

Negative: The bar soap was terrible as it didn't wash off no matter how hard we tried, only complaint, everything else was excellent.
