Positive: Great location and great host who responded fast and friendly. Fantastic view from the unit. Basic amenities are provided and very practice place to stay.

Positive: We had very good stay there. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The host was so kids and friendly. He replied my messages quickly. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. There was a washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator with lots of bottled water. There was even a massage chair. It was on the 31st floor and there was a great view of the river and Raffles City Tower. Location was perfect. less than 2 mins from Hong Ya Dong and the bridge. There was a bus stop right in front of the building. We found a huge wholesale shopping center 2 building away selling every kind of stuff... very cheap. And to top it off... the host provided free transport to the airport after our stay!

Negative: One of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the master bedroom.

Positive: The location was great. Near eateries and easy to move arond. The host was also very responsive and helpful. It was spacious for 6 adults and having a majong table was a bonus for family fun time. Appreciated the complimentary airport /train transfers.

Negative: The squatting toilet in one of the bathrooms which was also a wet bathroom.

Positive: Location of property was excellent. Food, attractions & shopping were all within walking distance. Host, Mr. Wang was excellent. Very helpful & obliging.

Negative: However the big double bedvin the master bedroom needs to be changed. The mattress is not firm & as one person turns it affects the orher person. I didn't manage to get a good sleep thru' out my stay.
