Positive: The residence offered small but very functional apartments with a kitchen, bathroom, and a sleeping area with a desk, similar to a studio. My studio was clean and everything I needed was available, making the stay comfortable and convenient. The location was okay, with a nice historical area nearby that is developing and offers various restaurants and spots to explore.

Negative: The residence is not exactly in the city center, and getting around the area can be challenging because Chongqing is very vertical. There are many stairs, hills, and steep streets, so if you are not in the center, moving around can take time and energy. Frequent use of lifts and up-and-down walking is often necessary. The breakfast offered at the residence was not very good, as the food quality could have been better.

Positive: Our 3 bedrooms apartment - each room plus living room had a lovely view of the famous Chongqing city lights up at night. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bathroom amenities are well equipped.

Negative: It fell short of ASR brand as the kitchen had a cabinet door missing, a wobbly dining chair was left. What was really disappointing was the hotel kept asking for requests and preferences yet they are not taken into consideration. E.g Apartment for 6pax but only 4 dining chairs, 4 placemats. Other than a kettle and sauce pot no other cooking utensils in the kitchen. The reception staff were sulky and do not seem interested in their guests.

Positive: Spacious living hall and 3 bed rooms, live comfortably by 6 adults! Stunning night views, and very close to all attractions 👍 Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, from reception all the way up to house services, all thumbs up👍

Negative: The hotel staff were not so helpful, and the pillows were shocking to the point my neck was sore every morning. The breakfast buffet is very bland

Positive: Very very big spacious rooms (it was more like an apartment), clean, tasty and varied breakfast, varied TV channels and the cleaning lady was adorable.
