Positive: The location was great for us, close to some of the major tourist attractions and right next to the railway station juncture Line 1 and Line 2, which was easy to navigate around across town and up and down the river. A Hugh amount of food streets and food shops, coffee shops all within walking distance and of course the Didi rides (Uber but better) so cheap and easy to order. The apartment was neat clean and tidy and had a great view, and food wise just buy it in, there is a great all you can eat Korean BBQ just across the street, fantastic for dinner but get in early.

Negative: The entry to the apartment block was a little difficult to find at first but beyond that easy to navigate to and from the pick up spot

Positive: From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were immediately drawn to its thoughtful layout and warm atmosphere. We sincerely want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the host. Staying here brought us many unexpected little surprises that made our trip truly delightful. The location is incredibly convenient—within walking distance to famous landmarks like Shibati Old Street, Mountain City Trail, and Bayi Food Street. This made exploring Chongqing both easy and enjoyable. Although our original three-day trip had to be shortened due to flight issues, we were fortunate to have another opportunity to return to Chongqing and stay at this wonderful home again. We feel so lucky. What touched us the most was the host’s kindness and attention to detail. Knowing that we came from a tropical country and were visiting Chongqing’s summer heat for the first time, the host thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance to cool the room before our arrival. When we encountered flight delays, the host actively helped us adjust our itinerary and even prepared a customized one-day travel guide, making our journey even more memorable. We give the host a big round of applause! Without a doubt, the next time we visit Chongqing, we will stay here again. Their hospitality and warmth added so much joy to our trip

Positive: Great Value for Money – Excellent Stay in Central Chongqing It was our first time visiting Chongqing from Australia, and we didn’t know how to find the apartment. The host was amazing—so patient and helpful every step of the way, always answering our questions and guiding us not just on the stay, but also where to eat, how to get around, and what to see. When it rained, umbrellas were provided; when we needed a microwave, the host bought one and delivered it immediately. We were truly touched by the kindness and hospitality. The price is very reasonable for such a central location. While the building exterior is average and the photos are a bit more polished, the apartment itself is exactly as shown—clean, newly renovated with beautiful 3D tiled walls. It’s stylish, spotless, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the metro, and major attractions are within walking distance. Local markets, food, and fruits nearby are authentic and affordable. I would absolutely recommend this place to any friend visiting Chongqing. Wishing the host great success in the future

Positive: Excellent stay in a perfect location! The apartment is in a fantastic location—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Many popular attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host provided excellent service and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While the exterior of the building is quite ordinary, the apartment itself has been newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful inside. The 100-inch smart TV with phone screen casting was a big hit with my daughter! Our whole family felt very comfortable and happy staying here. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We booked this homestay through Booking.com and paid in advance — and we’re so glad we did. The host proved to be extremely trustworthy and offered outstanding service. We arrived in Chongqing quite late, around 10 PM, but the host patiently waited for us and gave clear guidance until we successfully checked in. They didn’t rest until they were sure we had settled in comfortably, and we were truly touched by this level of care. The apartment is in a great location. Although the unit we booked was a small studio, it was cozy and well-designed. Each room had a large TV and even a projection screen, which made our stay extra enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and sincerely wish the host great success in their business!
