Pool maintenance- Please take note that our pool is scheduled for maintenace and cleaning every Wednesday first thing in the morning. Our pool maintenance staff goes to the backyard through our sidegate so you don't have to answer the door. Summary: What a fantastic home! The house was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids adored staying in the game room and playing in the pool. The hot tub and outdoor sitting areas were perfection! It was so easy to get to all of Sacramento from this home. We highly recommend this home and will be looking for opportunities to stay here again!

Summary: Updated, nice house. Backyard needed to be cleaned/fixed up, not as pictured. When we arrived there was trash left in the master bathroom. Blankets on the top bunk beds smelled like mildew. No soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Fence broken, that was a bit uncomfortable being next to what looked like an abandoned house.

Summary: The house was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the hot tub perfect for the cooler evenings. Easy to get to and from the airport and around Sacramento.
