Summary: Pictures of the property are not recent. The house is in rough condition, more on the outside but well used on the inside. Finding someone else's hair still on bath towels and washcloth were unacceptable. thankfully had friends that live in town who loaned us towel to shower and use in the house. Leaves and trash blown all over the back yard and patio. Other guest had left dog poop in various places in the grass area. Finding dirty cooking utensils caused us to wash anything we used that was inside the house.

Summary: This is a nicely furnished house with a beautifully landscaped backyard. It was equipped with everything we needed. It's located on Madison Avenue which is very noisy. But it's was convenient location, and easy to get anywhere.

Summary: Very clean and fully stocked. I didn’t like check in process and your noise after 9:30 rule because it’s so quiet is not accurate. The house is literally right on a very busy Madison Ave. Sirens and loud engines all night long. But I liked having a nice clean house to stay in

Summary: I was happy once we got inside the front door and closed the blinds. The duplexe itself was ok, remodeled so it was updated. When I turned on the heater you could smell dust burning. The vents and filters need cleaning ASAP. The sheets and bedding were old and worn. Kitchen had pretty much the basics except a large bowl for salad or popcorn. What I disliked was I didn’t get the address until the final payment. I wouldn’t have rented this place had I know it is on a major busy street with horrific car and street noise. Semi trucks and loud motorcycles all throughout the night was terrible. The neighborhood is run down and kind of scary. I didn’t feel safe. There cameras all over the front and back and garage with beware signs. It made me feel watched.
