Our property is located in the quiet and safe suburbs in Citrus Heights. A great spot to vacation if you're looking for a family-friendly home within close distance to restaurants, activities and shopping and within reasonable distance to Downtown Sacramento. There are endless restaurants in the surrounding area, including Superb Pizza, Habit Burger, Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, Sushimono, El Tapito and so much more. We are less than 15 minutes away from both I 80 and US 50, and approximately 23 minutes from Downtown Sacramento. Auburn, filled with hiking trails, rivers, fishing, and even a waterfall is just a quick 25 minute drive up I 80. Less than 30 minutes from Sacramento International Airport, this home is in a great neighborhood for guests who want to be just outside of the Downtown life.

Summary: Everything was effectively as advertised for the house. It was mostly clean and check-in was fluid and easy. However, the master bath shower seemed like it wasn't finished being cleaned before our arrival. The shower door had a lot of soap scum on it. The toilet also had the wrong size seat. And the towel bar was missing. The master bedroom had very few usable outlets, it looked like most had been capped off with flat coverplates(maybe for safety reasons?). There was only one easily accessible one in the room, which is just not enough for my needs. Had to take over outlets in another room. The fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser but does not have a water line connected to use them. Mostly little stuff, but still sticks with you. Hopefully not the usual state when it is rented out

Summary: Beautiful kitchen, super comfy beds and a hot tub that is partially covered, to keep out of the rain! My daughters, a couple of their friends and I enjoyed the hot tub, large tv, comfortable couch and great beds! Terrific communication with Seth before, during and after. We had no complaints and enjoyed our quick stay!
