Summary: This property is so clean and furnished really well. The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. Everything was straight forward as far as rules and check out process. It was very comfortable and quiet. The backyard area is huge! Even though it was just me this property would be perfect for multiple people as it’s a decent size. I did see reviews about the neighborhood being older which it is but that’s typical of Carmichael neighborhoods and I felt safe and relaxed.I did have to depart early for a personal reason but would book a stay here again for sure.

Summary: This property was very inviting. It is set in a nice neighborhood with many amenities nearby. It is close enough to the freeway to be convenient and far enough away to feel like you’re in a sweet neighborhood. The kitchen is perfect, with enough room for me and my grandchildren to all cook together. The rooms are well laid out. The off street parking is a plus!
