Off-road parking and large 3 acre garden with lawn, furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a flowing, unfenced river running through the grounds of this property, please supervise pets and children at all times. Note: There are fishing rights for the river so guests may fish or kayak. Please note the water meadow can on occasion rise to create a small lake at the bottom of the garden, attracting some wonderful wildlife. Please Note: minimum 3 night restriction
