Summary: Info clearly states front desk manned until 22:30 so planned to arrive 21:30-22:00. Get a flurry of calls just after 21:00. Caller couldn't understand why I wasn't there already, on arrival was treated as if I'd done something wrong, staff member was very short, couldn't even get a quick drink at the bar. Room was average at best, freezing as someone had left the window open. Won't be going back
