Summary: Upon arrival with two other families, both other families received a room right away, and my family did not have a room available. I had to put my things in the other family‘s room until one was available for us. The room was clean and spacious. There was a note about “city noise“ and how they had provided ear plugs if needed, however, the earplugs were not there. And the room was very noisy through the night. Garbage trucks, delivery trucks, etc.… We were on the first floor right next to a garage that was getting deliveries all night long. My favorite part about this hotel, though is its location. It’s a great location to all of the tourist spots you would want to go to. And this was the ultimate reason for choosing this hotel. I would probably stay here again, but would request to be on a higher level and also bring a sound machine, earplugs, etc.

Summary: For 1 night in San Fran the location was great. 5 minutes walk down from Lombard st and 5 minutes further to fisherman’s wharf.

Summary: This would be a great place if you have kids. The industrial book isn't for me and there's no room service, no pool and parking is ridiculous.
