Bitte denk daran, dass wir uns aktuell in einer Energiekrise befinden. Aus diesem Grund ist es während der Heizperiode nicht erlaubt die Fenster auf kipp zu stellen. Dies führt nur zu einem sehr geringen Luftaustausch und lässt die Wohnung und Wände stark auskühlen. Um die Wohnung dann wieder aufzuheizen wird sehr viel Energie benötigt. Daher soll die Wohnung nur 2x am Tag stoßgelüftet werden. Dafür bitte die Fenster für 5 Minuten komplett öffnen. Bei Verlassen der Wohnung ist darauf zu achten, dass alle Fenster geschlossen sind und alle Lampen ausgestellt werden. Der Hausmeister wird dies in regelmäßigen Abständen kontrollieren und im Fall der Nichtbeachtung die entsprechenden Fenster schließen.
✓ Bei Energieverschwendung im Winter (Sept- Mai) z.b. gekippte Fenster über einen längeren Zeitraum oder beim Check-out wird eine Gebühr von €20/ Nacht erhoben.

Summary: Overall we had a nice stay. Nice spatious airy apartment sited in a tranquil neighborhood, served by buses, metro and with shops at walking distance. The property is still under construction though, and we were not warned. The entrance to the house is a construction site, the apartment is not complete yet - there are flying cables here and there and missing things like the led light over the kitchen table, the washing machine. The shower floods the bathroom when used. Towels were missing (only big ones provided), kitchen towels not provided. The house is sold to host up to 10 people, but there is only 1 room with a decent double bed, the rest is 2 double sofa beds plus some mere foam rubber mattresses, not good at all. I'd say max number of people is 6. Cleanliness needs to improve. Kitchen wasn't properly clean (dirty applianced in the dish washer), dust under furniture, the carpets were full of hair, the terrace absolutely dirty with cigarettes left overs all over the place. If they improve these things, I hope that, when the works are done, the apartment shall look amazing!! I hope to go back and see it completed!
