Positive: - very clean - equiped kitchen and bathroom - good location (beyond the emission freee area, but still not too far from the center) - friendly and helpful staff

Negative: - Parking: no dedicated parking for this hotel. Street parking spots are aways almost full. - Airco: Our suite had a ceiling fan. But that was not sufficient to cool down the room when the temperature is around 30 degrees. - spa facility: You probably never use that because when when you are back from your day sightseeing, the spa is about to close.

Summary: It is a nice place to stay for visiting Munich.

Positive: Very nice and clean hotel. Only 10 or less minutes away from S-Bahn station that connects you to the city centre. In the surroundings are supermarkets and also places to eat. There is also free parking available on the street on the side of the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Negative: I believe the price was too high for the service. In addition, breakfast was not included and was 15 € per person.

Summary: Nice hotel but a pricey.
