Positive: Excellent, friendly and attentive staff. Very helpful. Location is convenient to take the train into Munich and there is also a nearby grocery store. Quiet location.

Negative: This is a minor request, and did not affect my excellent view of them. There was a coffee machine that was free to guests, unfortunately it was inoperative most of the time.
