Positive: We loved the fact our loft apartment had a spacious shower room, little kitchen with a kettle, toaster and fridge and little freezer at the top and a TV. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was efficient. The outdoor pool albeit a bit small, is great for children and a good place to cool down. The roof terrace was great. The staff were friendly and the food and drink was good.

Negative: There was nothing that wouldn’t stop us from booking again but there was only one saucepan to cook with which made cooking difficult and time consuming so having a frying pan would have been super helpful. We had no daily cleaning, it wasn’t an option on booking.com but we didn’t let that get us down. Reception were happy to swap towels and give us clean towels and extra bin bags.

Positive: Breakfast excellent. Studio room very well equipped and nice. However the raised bed on a platform was difficult to access and get out of because of the steps (especially at night or when hands already full)

Negative: Raised platform for the bed tricky , especially for 2 people sharing The food available for evening meals was OK but a somewhat limited range for a hotel this size we thought so we only ate there once in the 4 nights.

Summary: Overall, we has an excellent experience at the hotel which was attractive, very helpful and good val

Positive: Beautiful balcony on the penthouse floor, awesome view.

Negative: The tv was placed at such an inconvenient angle that it was impossible to comfortably watch tv.
