Positive: The charm and cozy little private villa with all necessary stuff and even more: tea and coffee, few plates, very comfortable bed. There are all necessary for having a bath, a washing machine if necessary. Beautiful terrace with grill, pleasant swimming pool and place for parking.

Positive: Everything - we loved staying here. We felt like this was an absolute haven. The place has been decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area felt nice and private and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed being surrounded by a garden with the sounds of birds and the pool was very welcoming from the heat of the day. Aziz was warm and welcoming and provided recommendations of places to go during our stay. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a wonderful place to relax whilst visiting Oman.

Positive: We were made so very welcome by the property owner, Aziz. Excellent communication prior to arriving and greeted upon our arrival. The garden house is an oasis of calm and perfectly appointed. A lovely garden area to relax in with a small pool. The interior is very well and comfortably furnished. This property met and exceeded our expectations.

Negative: Nothing, everything was good.

Positive: Amazing!!! It’s a little heaven - very cute garden and modern interior. The host is lovely, giving us some tips on the region and making sure we have everything we needed (and offering us Omani sweets!). It’s very clean, functional and calm. There is also a little barbecue. The place is very well located - 30 mins from Nizwa and other villages (Al Hamra, Birkat, Misfah), in the center of Bahla and 1.30min from Jebel shams. It felt like home!

Negative: Nothing. Maybe just a few more wooden/plastic ustensile to use in the tefal pans. But it’s really to improve, it will not change the 10/10 il giving :D this place is a gem!

Positive: If you are in the area and have a Chance to stay here: Do it. You wont regret. I Was 2 weeks in Oman and this was by far the best location. Outside: Garden Paradise. Inside: Modern, clean. A dream.

Positive: The apartment is very nice and cosy. It has everything you need and way more! We didn't have the chance to use the little pool in the garden, but it looked perfectly clean and certainly a major asset for a family with kids as well. Everything was squicky clean. The host is very friendly and easily accommodate all our request, giving us a peek into the world famous Omani hospitality. There are not enough stars to rate this place :)

Negative: Arriving at night with the car isn't easy for the first time. Once you know it though, it's not a problem of course.
