Positive: We had an amazing stay! The property had absolutely everything we needed to feel comfortable. Mahmoud was an extremely friendly and helpful host. Even before we reached the property, he sent us the exact location on Maps, the WiFi password, and a fantastic list of places we could enjoy on our tour. The location itself is great, just 6 km from Misfah al Abriyyin. We were really impressed by the thoughtful touches, like the fully stocked kitchenware, extra bed sheets, and the lovely Omani bakhoor. We will absolutely be visiting again in the future!

Negative: As a quick heads-up for future guests, the entrance can be a bit confusing to find at first, and the unit is located one flight of stairs up (just above the Dhofar Bank) with no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us at all, but it is worth noting if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have elderly guests in your group. We will absolutely be visiting again in the future!

Negative: No complaint

Summary: Stayed a week and extended a couple of days. Units are very close to the gardens and old city (for free hoated tour)

Positive: Had a lovely stay here. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and we had a nice walk where we got to talk about the local community and customs. The apartment is close to both grocery stores and restaurants, and is a great starting point for several day trips. Would love to come back!

Positive: Amazing value for the price. Even snacks, water, a fridge and towels were provided. The owner is very nice and helpful. We would always come back and highly recommend this place.

Negative: The only downside was that the bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week.

Positive: We had a great stay in Al Hamra. Everything was excellent – the apartment was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Although the owner was not physically present, he was always available, responsive, and very pleasant to communicate with. The only small suggestion for improvement would be a bit better cleaning of the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay was nearly perfect and would easily deserve a 100% rating.

Positive: This property in AL Hamra, near to Misfat Al Abriyeen and jabal Shams also, ideal for 2 days tour. All Markets Restaurants Grocery stores nearby. Must go and enjoy your peaceful visit. Kitchen was awesome newly renovation done. The property owner was so kind and humble.
