Positive: This is a very pleasant place to stay. There is a large gated outdoor space; it was very pleasant to sit and read or chat. The location is surprisingly rural, considering that it is only a few minutes from the restaurants and shops of Al Hamra. We did not meet our host, but he was very polite and responsive. We felt welcomed.

Negative: The beds are extremely firm, which is common throughout Oman. That is a bit of a problem for me, but some people would consider the firmness a plus. The kitchen could use a good cleaning; we did not use it. Be aware that a few chickens share the outdoor space; the rooster let us know that morning was arriving.

Summary: A very pleasant place to stay for a few days or a week in Al Hamra.

Positive: Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the farm. Separate house with a charming outdoor seating area in the backyard. Everything we needed was there. Thank you Saud for a nice stay.
