Large Oceanfront 5 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath single family home sitting atop the dunes with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The 1st level features an open concept living with a fully stocked kitchen with under counter ice machine, park side grill, dining area and living room overlooking the Gulf. This level also has a half bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and one bedroom (king sized bed) with a private bath. Enjoy the sounds of the surf on the large covered wrap around deck! The 2nd level features 4 bedrooms (all have oceanfront views from the windows) and 2 shared baths. Serendipity has all the amenities of home with cable TV in all bedrooms and living room, phone, wireless internet WiFi, unlimited long distance, covered parking, fish cleaning table, outside shower, and a boardwalk to beach. This home is perfect for a large group! Serendipity is located 1/2 mile from the St. Joseph State Park.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
