Positive: What a wonderful location close to bus route and super quiet area.Lovely gardens with friendly Hedgehog ,pool and plenty of seating areas around a super planted display.Breakfast a joy and a superb large bright seating areas around.

Negative: Nothing that comes to mind.

Positive: Lovely setting with pretty gardens. Excellent breakfasts, and the proprietor provided breakfast the the day I left as I was on an early ferry, having to leave before the scheduled opening of the restaurant. Very friendly atmosphere.

Positive: It was exceptionally clean and quiet in idyllic surroundings and only a short walk from Fermain Bay which is stunning. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choices

Negative: Nothing. My stay was superb
