Positive: Our waitress Ndey was doing a wonderful Job, she is Kind & Always has a Smile on the Face. The Pool area is spacious & the beach is stunning The bed was one of the Most comfortable one I've ever slept in, also the room itself was spacious & Clean. The food in ala carte Restaurant especially lamb casserole & grilled Beef Filet were outstanding while Other dishes were boring and lacked of Attention. Kombo Beach has been renovated but still has way to Go to get the best Hotel in Gambia. But it's on a good way & I Hope it will get there!

Negative: Music in the afternoon & evening was too noisy Other guests were able to get in the Hotel area with a daypass The food especially breakfast was really boring, Lunch and Dinner okay but nothing Special and definitly Not worth the Money. It would Help a Lot seasoning the food better & Focus on the Presentation. The local people yell at the people all the time and you can Not Set a foot on the beach without getting to know a local who wants to sell anything. They keep on chasing for the tourists which really Destroys the experience. Maybe the Hotel can Work together with Them in Future so the Situation could possibility Change. I know everyone has to earn Money but people are really spending Lots of Money for such a hotel & don't want to get put under pressure all the time.

Positive: new Kombo looks amazing!! loved it Staff are helpful location is good had a good time Sophia was brilliant in reception and Emma was really helpful too

Negative: a few issues but staff sorted quickly for us

Positive: The cleanliness in rooms and facilities, the location by the ocean, big rooms.

Negative: Slow service at the reception although reception staff were kind, it was generally a bit chaotic. Very slow service at the restaurant and only meat options on the menu. A lot of noise by cleaning staff and guests on the corridors speaking loudly and banging doors. The fire alarm went off in my room at 4am and other guests had the same problem too on other night

Positive: We had a pleasant stay there as a couple. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Young couples are definitely welcomed, and it’s a nice place to relax together. Overall, we enjoyed our time.
