Positive: Location is extraordinary because of the mangroves, you can observe many types of birds. I loved the garden!! A lot of nice trips to make in the neighborhood, if you even just make a short walk, you will have an interesting experience. Staffs were more than helpful and very friendly

Negative: Maybe there could have been a bit more variation in breakfast, but it was nice

Positive: Good place to start a trip to the Gambia especially if you like birdwatching. Comfortable bungalow, lovely gardens and swimming pool and bar. Breakfast on the front terrace every morning was a delight. Great to place relax and unwind. Food was good - we ate at The Captain's Table every night!! If you're looking for a bird guide, find The Professor on the bridge - he's amazing!!

Negative: Breakfasts were really poor and really basic. Expected much better for the price. The African buffet on the Friday night was disappointing too. Booked an a/c room and we were given something different, though they did move us when we pointed this out.

Positive: Good breakfast but you had to ask for many of the items which on the first day you didn't know were available. Love the location (stayed in the area before)

Negative: On arrival we were told that we could only pay in euros cash, which we didn't have and caused me a sleepless night. In the morning a different receptionist said that cash in sterling or dalasi was fine!

Positive: Individual and smallish scale. Accommodation comfortable. Meals good. Service good, with helpful staff. Quieter than the horrible SeneGambia strip.

Negative: No fan or A/C in our room. The surrounding area especially the craft market lacks charm.
