Positive: The hotel is five star, the services are five star, the location is perfect a the beach and with not so much human traffic on the beach. The staff were very professional and friendly. I love the fact that there was a mango tree just right outside my room.

Positive: Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and fun. The restaurant and bar staff were attentive and helpful. The chefs were great and provided a variety of choices at every meal time. Special mention to Chef Kujabi. Our room was serviced daily- special mention to Saiko Danso. Good to see well trained and viligant lifeguards present. A relaxed and professional approach by the mainly Gambian staff. A credit to your country, community and polished hospitality skills.
Negative: There could be more complimentary toileteries put in the room. This was not the fault of the cleaning staff but a hotel policy position.
