Positive: This place is a unique gem. We researched so much and we chose Konami because of the amazing comments, and what a great choice we made! Those 6 days were the best of our Christmas trip, beautiful garden, great pool and super nice rooms. Really like the dining area and food was amazing. We will come back for sure, kids really loved it there! thanks to the whole team!

Positive: Excellent place. We’ve been coming to Zanzibar for 8 years and have stayed in many top properties. For a family trip, this is easily our #1. The place is beautiful and very well maintained, with a kid-friendly pool and modern, practical villas. Highly recommended. Aliya, the manager, is outstanding—dynamic, attentive, and truly on top of everything. A real asset to the property.

Negative: Maybe just to be picky I would say that more black out curtains would have improved my sleep there

Positive: Fabulous,fabulous,fabulous I’ll start with the villa first ,beachfront ,beautiful,very clean and tidy,good WiFi,didn’t get power cut problems since they have solar facilities too, Location is so good ,it’s near Paje area (just a little drive where you can get all the restaurants and everything else you need ) but secluded enough,since it only has four villas there is no rush in the pool or dinners or anything,outdoor area is so vast that you get lots of privacy,I spent one day here doing nothing but chilling on subbed which is obviously beachfront,getting fresh coconut from the tree and enjoying the breeze They have onsite restaurant with enough menu for lunch dinner Out breakfast was included and it was made to our choice perfectly everyday But their absolute best part is their manager Aliya,I feel like I made a really goodd friend in three days I was there,on hand at all times,helpful and very friendly Can never forget that woman (we had lots of laughs with her too )

Positive: A pearl in an oyster shell. Exceeded expectations and pictures shown don't do it justice. Owner of the place was pleasant, and staff are very friendly and accommodative. Great hospitality! Loved location, right by the beach, the villas with the plunge pool, the cleanliness, pool, and dining place. It was my son's birthday on one of the days Kijani was accommodative in our requests around this.

Negative: The menu could be expanded for variety, including local dishes but this is more of personal experience and doesn't take away from how awesome the place was.

Positive: The place was spectacular! Rooms were clean, modern and super comfortable. I can’t imagine there being a better and more family friendly pool on the island. The restaurant has the best view in Zanzibar and offered a variety of food and drinks with a great kids menu. My son and partner are both coeliac and the staff did a spectacular job to ensure they both had varied and tasty gluten free options for every meal.

Positive: Every aspect of the property , staff and location was an absolute bliss . The owners are lovely folk who are onsite and interactive with the guests. The manager Ms Alia is a star - she is well versed , understanding and extremely accommodating. We communicated on WhatsApp before my arrival and during my stay and they were prompt in answering. The villas are well maintained , well aired and spacious. The views are a delight . The food is absolutely divine - the team at the restaurant from the chefs to the manageress Ms Shamim and the waiting staff (David , Mosses , Abduli , Francis )were such a cool and welcoming crowd. Throughout our stay I felt very safe as the Masaai were always observant and helpful . The folks at Kijani are a family and they make you part of the family during the stay . Asante
