Positive: The hotel has a nice garden and pool. The apartments are clean and well equipped. The beach is right in front of the hotel and ideal for long walks. The staff is always polite, respectful and ready to help. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back whenever being in Zanzibar again.

Negative: The place is a little bit remote, but the hotel helped us to find a TukTuk driver who was always available to take us anywhere for a fair price.

Summary: If you like the ocean and the beach you will enjoy each day of your stay!

Positive: We happened to be there on a barbecue night and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. It wasn’t overdone, just a nice extra touch. Bar and restaurant services were generally very good.

Negative: If some areas were renovated, the hotel could be even better.

Positive: We stayed as a family. The parking area and taxi service were very convenient for us. Breakfast was open buffet with enough variety. Room cleaning was done quickly whenever we requested it.

Positive: The location is convenient and close to many places. Airport transfer arrangements were very easy. The rooms are simple but clean. The sea-view terrace is perfect for watching the sunset. At first, we were hesitant about booking a safari tour, but the organization recommended by the hotel was very professional. They took care of everything from start to finish and made us feel safe.

Negative: The seafood was very good, but the menu could be a bit more varied.

Positive: Fantastix staff were a particular highlight. Always smiling always chatty and friendly. Good location in Bwejuu close to Paje to walk to. Very nice hotel, i stayed in one of the bungelow rooms which was very pleasant and could hear the sea in the morning. Nice welcome.message in room and the welcome drink was very refreshing after an hour in the taxi. Air conditioning was also a plus and helped on the very warm Zanzibar nights. Great location right on the beach, can easily walk or jog to paje. A few other bars and restuarants withinwalking distance too and some local bars and clubs also not too far. Kite Surfing also available 2 minutes from the Hotel on the beach.

Negative: It is a very nice place but if some of the drinks could have been just a little bit cheaper I would have drank more at the resort.
