Positive: Amazing place. Right on a beach. Pristine clean. We got upgraded to the beach villa as we were with a child. So thankful. Could not be happier here.

Positive: Nice and quiet, friendly staff, rooms were clean.
Negative: Main restaurant was a bit like a canteen, and the immediate area around the hotel has a lot of rubbish and plastic in the water and near the beach. It was expensive compared to better quality hotels in Siem Reap.
Summary: Nice, too quiet when we went and the resort needs some TLC to be of a decent standard.

Positive: We loved this hotel, a tropical paradise, spent xmas day here. Added bonus of a brand new swimming pool thats jus opened. The resort was clean and spacious with the big section of the beach. Definately the best hotel on the beach, we spend a night at eden next door (centre point was full) and it was rubbish in comparison for a similar cost. The breakfast was super tasty, we wondered along the beach and tried bbqs for other meals. Loved the free access to paddle boards and kayaks.

Positive: We stayed in Koh Rong Sanloem for 2 nights, 1st in Eden Beach and 2nd in Island Center. What we can say is that the experiences are not comparable and the extra price you will pay to stay in Island Center is absolutely worth it. The hillside rooms, the beach and pool areas are fabulous, the staff is extremely gentle and the breakfast delicious. You can also enjoy kayaking and stand up paddle, as well as some others sports, all for free.
Negative: Air conditioning in room the H62 was not working properly.
Summary: Amazing experience! Worth the investment :)

Positive: We loved the hotel and its different room options! We stayed both near the beach and on the hillside. The staff is wonderful and very service-minded. They picked us up from the pier and also took us back. The resort also offers great massages, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
Negative: On windy days, you may hear the sound of the wind inside the room. However, this did not affect our stay.

Positive: I suggest to have for the rooms in front of the beach a Wash foot tap to avoid to bring the sand inside the room
