Positive: Awesome selection of food for breakfast, although the quality wouldnt be described as "high" it was definitely good and the free tea and coffee 24/7 was brilliant too. The rooms were as exactly as they looked in the pictures - small/cosy, but in great condition, comfortable beds etc. Although the rooms are packed in closely together as you can see in the pictures, we didnt hear a sound from either of the neighbours which we were pleasantly surprised about too (theres gaps between the rooms). The highlights though - the staff, genuinely friendly helpful - they really did seem to care about giving a great experience. The location - 2-3 minute walk to the paddock and 2-3 minute walk to a tesco superstore (or 15-20 min walk down to the seafront), plus the roads were easily accessible to pretty much any direction you wanted to go in.

Negative: I think the price is challenging and can see why people would mark it down for value (as its basically a comfortable shed dumped in a field) - but relatively speaking when you take into account the location too (assuming you want to be near the paddock with supermarket and town centre access etc) I think its the best you'll get for the price.

Positive: Breakfast was good and location excellent.

Negative: Cleanliness could be improved and staff were not fully aware of the TT bus system. I was recommended to take a taxi to Black Dub on the 31st but a bus ran from Douglas bus station (TT6) at 11am

Summary: To enjoy the TT you will spend most of the day on the course but this covers your basic needs

Positive: I liked the friendly staff, the location (right behind the paddock), and the fact that there was descent breakfast included. the fact that despite arrivig very late for check-in someone was there to hand me over my key.

Negative: The noise. Obviously located behind the paddock we could not expect a quiet residence. But a lot of noise actually came from the people staying in the village itself. I think this could be handled better by the organizer by telling their customers that after 10PM people should remain quiet as these cabins are not well isolated.

Summary: Excellent stay, very friendly staff, good value for money, will certainly go back.
