Negative: We struggled a lot during sleeping. It was too noisy. Everyday after 11am there were lot of noises.

Positive: The apartment is in walking distance to the town centre of Douglas. Beautiful view onto the park opposite the apartment building. Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment was nice to have.

Negative: The shower head wouldn't stay in position so we had to help ourselves and put tinfoil under it in order to shower and it was also quite low (if you are over 1.75m you have trouble fitting under the shower. The kitchen was ok but a few things were missing, like a sharp knife. One of the bigger problems were the doors as none of them would stay open we had to use door stoppers and chairs to keep them open because otherwise they would have banged into each other when opened at the same time (which was the case when you enter the living room from the hallway and bedroom at the same time). The biggest issue was the small bed/bedroom. The queen size bed was almost as wide as the room which made it impossible for both of us getting up comfortable without banging against the wall or door... we had to push the bed against one side of the room in order to be able to walk into the room and passed the bed to reach the wardrobe. And the matrace was quite hard and uncomfortable and not big enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably.
